At the beginning EIA will be ruled by the European Union together with the new inhabitants. An EIA consitution will be established based on European Union treaties, African Union treaties, UN’s Universal Declaration of Human Rights as well as International Law.
EIA will eventually become a republic in which the people elect a number of representatives every 4 years. The number of representatives will be directly related to the population of EIA.
Gradually, but definitely after 25 years (one generation), at a time when there are sufficient people who have been born and raised in EIA, the political power will be transferred entirely to the people of EIA. Parties will start forming and normal election procedures will take place.
